    • Welcome to the Baptist Health South Florida Payor Portal. All contracted payors can retrieve their daily Census reports from each payor's folder. The daily census report includes a listing of each payor's members who are admitted as inpatients at Baptist Health facilities from 12 a.m. the prior day through 5 a.m. on the current day. This report will be refreshed daily.

    Patient Census Report

    Additionally, you will find a 90-day Discharge Census report which will include admission dates, discharge dates and discharge disposition for your plan's members. Baptist Health will no longer provide payors with discharge disposition requests via fax or telephones.

    Contracted Payors

    Contracted payors may now request limited view-only EHR access for their employed nurse reviewers for the purpose of conducting medical record reviews. Once the required security clearance process is completed and the reviewer has been approved, your employed reviewers will be able to use the portal link found in your payor folder to access the EHR for your membership.

    Non-Contracted Payors

    Non-contracted payors are not eligible for remote access to the Baptist Health South Florida EHR. If you would like to become a contracted payor please contact the Managed Care office at .
